Thomas News
Glad to hear how some of you our doing. Hope this blogger tool is a useful for keeping the family in touch. My family uses it all the time to keep us connected...from the Caribbean to the Philippines. Dan asked who's gradutating...from the Thomas clan, we have one, plus there's a lot more happening (we just hope we survive through May!):
- Tyler graduates from HS in a few weeks with 4.0 (hopefully, he says) and will head off to BYU-I. He's eager to go on a mission and then go into dentistry. He's been doing an internship in a dentists office and really loves it. (It doesn't hurt that the dentist is LDS and has really cute daughters!) Tyler also graduates from Seminary -- being done with 4 years of 6 a.m. class is something to cheer about!
- Whitney just celebrated her 16th B-day with 30 of her closest friends -- karaoke, food and a crazy-shoe fashion show that even the boys particated in. Whitney also earned her YW Medallion for YW in Excellence. (If you want to see a slideshow we made for whit, click http://home.comcast.net/~j64thomas/whitney.exe
- Dallin just completed his Eagle board of review last week and passed! He's an official Eagle Scout. Mom is majorly relieved...now if she can just get through the Court of Honor.
- Clayton is also doing great -- playing drums, piano and soccer.
- Tanner along with his girl friend (not girlfriend) were the stars of "Linton Idol" where they sang a John Travolta and Olivia Newton John song, wearing the blow up Sumo wrestler and Ballerina costumes. It was a hoot!
- If you'll let me brag about one more child, Aaron is also keeping us hopping. He loves (I mean LOVES) Spiderman, and recently won his kindergarten bookmark contest, winning a $10 to Barnes and Noble. Click here to see a sampling of his art: http://home.comcast.net/~j64thomas/blogimages/spider1.jpg
- One last item...I'm taking Tyler, Whitney and Dallin down to the Philippines for a week. With Tyler leaving on his mission next year I didn't want him to go 5 years without seeing his Grandpa and Grandma Thomas. Also for Dallin's Eagle projects he made teaching kits and visual aids for the Primaries of 13 wards, so we'll deliver those while we're there. Should be an interesting time.
Hope you all are doing well!
Love,
Jeff
PS - Did you all see that the U of U's QB went 1st pick in the 1st round of the draft? Not bad after their basketball star won the John Wooden award for best basketball player. Way to go Utes!

Jeff and Nancy, we are so proud of you and your family. Thanks for the help and endurance in helping get this blogger going.
We saw Whitney's 16th birthday page and loved it! Congrats to Tyler and everyone else. Have a great time on your trip to the Philipines. Where will you stay, in the mission home? What will Nancy do while you are gone? Shop?
Love to you all!
Thanks Jeff so much for your patience with the family and "enduring to the end" of our procrastination. This is wonderful!
