Posting Pictures

Can't tell you how fun it is to hear from all of you! Jeff (Thomas, that is), can you give us a quick and easy tutorial instructing us on how to post pictures? I figure it has something to do with the little painting "upload image/file" when you post an entry, but I'm to lazy (or stupid) to go further than that. Your help would be appreciated!
