Re-Cap of our Annual Family Christmas Luncheon

Dear Family,
As promised, we are writing of the decisions we as the family discussed and decided upon for the future but first, let us express our pure joy to be with you this year. We so enjoyed the spirit of love that permeated the event. We did miss the Thomas's and Madsen's that could not be there in person, but we did feel of their spirit. The parlor room in the Lion House certainly made us feel we truly were a guest of Brigham Young and we honored his presense with love, laughter and joviality.

These are the items brought into discussion and decided upon.

As you know we started a book in Korea and our deadline is for our Sixtieth Wedding Anniversary which is on a Sunday, September 23, 2--7. We would like to have those that possibly could join us in a Sunday Evening Fireside in our Church Building. We are hoping to have a Family Picture with those that live far away and cannot come, to have them dubbed in. The book we will distribute that night as our gift to our children. We would love to have one for all the grandchildren as well, butr we will have to see how far our mjoney goes. It may be that if our children want their children to have one, they would have to purchase them. As we said, we will have to see how far our money goes.
DECISION: Fireside will begin at 5:P.M. ALL Family Members that can be there to attend...Light dinner, short program, books distributed and FAMILY PICTURE'S. Those unable to attend, pictures to be dubbed in.

Some years ago, we as a family enjoyed Thanksgiving in Dan's Ward Building. For the year of 2007 there will be a FAMILY REUNION THANKSGIVING to be held (if available) in Ed and Deb's Ward Building. AS to details, that will be announced at a later date.

Cousins Christmas Celebration was discussed and those over eighteen (or there about) will be invited in the year of 2008, to join their parents at the Lion House. While the parents exchange their presents with whose name they have, the cousins will each bring a white elephant gift to exchange with one another. Passing of this idea with all the cousins, will be held at the Family Reunion Thanksgiving time.
THE ANNUAL CHRISTMAS FOR 2007 WILL BE AS USUAL.

Please Family respond when you have received this message
